What is Residential Conveyancing?

The transaction of property ownership from a legal owner to another is referred to as conveyancing. Although an exciting time for a buyer, it can also be a stressful time with time constraints and pressure from a connected sale or purchase.  At Aston Brooke, we understand this and ensure that we make the process as stress-free as possible for you.

We constantly keep you updated, working as a dedicated team to ensure agreed deadlines are closely kept to from the start of your transaction. We place emphasis on keeping the purchase and/ or sale chain together, so you do not risk losing out.

As we understand how stressful the process of selling your family home can be, we continually provide updates via email, ensuring no time is wasted in having to chase ourselves for any information during busy house moves.

Aston Brooke is based in Harrow in Greater London, whilst its sister firm, Richard Webster & Co., is based in Eastleigh near Southampton. Together they are accredited by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and they are able to work on residential property sales anywhere in the UK.
