When it comes to commercial litigation, Aston Brooke has a reputation for being pragmatic and cost-effective, as well as responsive and empathetic. In many cases, our flexible and supportive fee structures result in cost-neutral dispute management for our clients. We always work tirelessly to resolve our clients’ disputes and deliver a successful conclusion.
We understand that disputes can be stressful, time consuming and damaging for your business. Therefore, we offer clear and concise advice. This starts with an early assessment of the case with careful consideration of the strategy and alternatives (if any) to a formal procedure, including Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Where litigation is necessary, we have the resources and skills to represent our clients very effectively. We are not afraid to take incisive action where required. This might include applying for injunctive relief. We work in all divisions of the High Court, the County Court and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
