“Welcome to our Wills & Probate team . We are here to offer you a professional and friendly service at what can be an emotional time for some. Writing a Will or leaving a legacy to your loved ones is one of the most important jobs we can do, however, a lot of us put it off. Did you know?
As a nation, we would rather live in ignorance, than confront the issue of preparing for our passing. Worryingly;
Only 12% of people under the age of 34 make a Will.
Only 26% of parents with children under the age of four years old have a Will.
However, despite these low figures within our younger generation, we are starting to see some figures increasing with 75% of people aged over 55 now having written a Will.
The latest 2018 report from “The Will Writing Industry” shows that 45% of Great Britain now has a Will, this figure has increased from 39% in 2017. Here at Aston Brooke, we understand that writing your Will can be a difficult process and confusing at times. We are here to support and advise you through every step of the way. We are committed to you and will ensure that your possessions, properties and finances can be passed onto your nearest and dearest.
We are aware that some people may feel uncomfortable due to the ‘nature’ of the business, please feel at ease, we are here for you. We offer a high quality service – just without all the jargon!
We also recognise that the cost of writing a Will can be enough to put some people off. For that reason, we pride ourselves on offering you a personal service at a reasonable and competitive price.”
