We have three members of the team who may work on your matter:

  1. Mr Kashif Majeed who has 16 years’ Post Qualification Experience (PQE).

He is a Partner in the firm and Supervises all works undertaken in the Immigration Department.

  1. Miss Sonika Patel who is a Solicitor with two years’ PQE.
  2. Miss Erin McDonagh who is an Immigration Caseworker.

 

Types of Applications:

Please note that our firm also covers further fields within the Immigration department such as (but not limited to): Statelessness Applications; Human Rights / Private Life Applications; Applications for Secretary of State Immigration Bail; Pre-Action Protocol Letters / Written Representations; Judicial Reviews; Sponsor Licence Applications; Allocation of Certificate of Sponsorship(s) requests.

 

Within the range of fixed fees quoted below the following works are included:

 An initial consultation, in-person or via telephone, to discuss your circumstances and options available to you, advising you on the requirements and information required as per the relevant Immigration Rules / Law in preparation of the application. Full preparation of the application and regular updates, in the event you are unable to meet certain requirements we will advise you accordingly and provide advice on whether you can overcome these, you will remain informed of possible outcomes / obstacles from the outset.

 

Within the range of fixed fees quoted below the following works / fees are excluded:

Disbursements are costs which are related to your matter and are payable to third parties, such as visa / Immigration Healthcare Surcharge fees to the Home Office, Court Fees for appeals, Counsel fees for representation at an appeal hearing or for Grounds to be drafted. Disbursements are not included within Aston Brooke Solicitors’ fixed costs.

Attendance at a Home Office Interview: in the event that the Home Office ask you to attend an interview, we will give you clear advice in respect of prices and services (and discuss the possibility of a member from the Department attending with you) at the appropriate time.

Where the Home Office refuses your application, advice and assistance in relation to Administrative Review Applications, Appeals Application, further applications, Representations are not included within the application fixed price, we will give you clear advice in respect of prices and services at the appropriate time.

 

Time Scales:

We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application however you are able to check estimated processing times via the following link: https://www.gov.uk/visa-processing-times.

We will normally be able to submit your application between one to four weeks of your confirmed instructions to Aston Brooke Solicitors, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this time frame.

Please note that the quoted fixed fee ranges are an estimate based on the works stated above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can provide you with a more accurate estimate of costs once we have more information about your specific case.
